I bought this pillow because I figured “why not?”.
Best purchase I made!
I’ve been using it for two months now… I’m finishing my sixth.
It keeps me in position throughout the entire night! Since I don’t move around anymore I don’t put pressure on my bladder and I don’t get up 4 times a night to pee anymore!
I definitely recommend it!
The only thing is I wish they had velcro at the closure because I find the cover shifts a bit.

My sister-in-law got this wedge for me when I was about 6 months along. I found it really helped me to stay on my side (Especially important since I developed high blood pressure), and just made me comfy. I even packed it in when I went to the hospital (on very short notice, for a 2 week stay, 2 weeks of just laying around trying to keep my blood pressure down), and it was great.
